A PMO is a Portfolio, Programme or Project Management Office. The “P” is interchangeable, depending on the level of change. A PMO at it’s highest level oversees the control, co-ordination and delivery of change portfolios, programmes and projects. All organisations have a vision, and to achieve it they must go on a journey of change. A PMO plays a crucial part in preparing and supporting the organisation on this journey. ​
